摘要：

利用转基因技术能将分子水平、细胞水平和个体水平的研究有机地统一起来,观察目的基因的活动规律,为探明目的基因功能提供崭新的手段。本文就转基因鼠的制备方法、外源基因检测及转基因技术在脑损伤领域的应用进行综述。应用本技术将为脑损伤的分子生物学机理提供研究手段。
