健康儿童小气道功能测定

摘要：

对126名健康儿童（男61名,女65名;年龄7～14岁）进行了CV/VC%、CC/TLC%、Ⅲ相斜率、（FRC-CC）/TLC%、呼气流速峰值、V75%V50%、V25%与V50%/V25%测定。结果发现:随年龄增长,CV/VC%与Ⅲ相斜率逐渐减少;（FRC-CC）/TLC%与MEFV各项参数逐渐增加。CC/TLC%在各年龄组均在30%左右,变化不大。CV/VC%与MEFV各项参数与年龄相关并求出直线回归方程。最后,就儿童小气道功能测定的特点进行了讨论。
