摘要：

目的:探讨综合干预策略在SICU身体约束缩减行动中的应用效果。方法:制定并实施针对SICU身体约束缩减行动的综合干预措施,以干预前后"ICU护士身体约束知识、态度和实践问卷"的成绩以及SICU身体约束率和非计划性拔管率作为指标进行效果评价。结果:实施干预后SICU护士身体约束知识、态度和实践得分均高于干预前(P<0.05),SICU身体约束率明显下降(P<0.05),非计划性拔管率未见增加。结论:综合干预策略有助于提高SICU护士对身体约束知识、态度和实践的正确认知,缩减身体约束率,降低非计划性拔管率,实现"ICU最小化身体约束"的临床管理目标。
