100例60岁以上冠心病患者施行非心脏外科手术的心血管保障

摘要：

国外高龄冠心病患者施行非心脏手术的死亡率为3.4～22.3%,甚至高达63%。本文报道100例60岁以上患有陈旧性心肌梗塞或严重冠状动脉供血不足或频发性心绞痛以及各种类型的心律失常等冠心病患者同时伴有2～8种内、脑或/和外科合并症,承受大、中型胸、腹部以及其它外科手术。由于及时而积极地治疗,无一例死亡。文中介绍了术前、术中、术后一整套治疗原则与方法,并详细讨论了有关术后井发症的几个重要问题。
