摘要：

2015年1月,奥巴马在国情咨文中提出"精准医学计划"并于当月正式启动,由此引发世界各国(包括我国)的密切关注和迅速跟进。该文深入剖析了美国"精准医学计划"提出的背景及动因,并在系统阐述精准医学理念的内涵、发展历史、发展条件的基础上,分析了我国发展精准医学的优劣势,并提出在我国发展精准医学的思考与启示。
