点滴型银屑病与链球菌感染关系的研究

摘要
目的检测点滴型银屑病患者血清抗链球菌溶血素“O”(ASO)水平及外周血单一核细胞Toll样受体2(TLR2)mRNA表达,探讨链球菌感染与点滴型银屑病的关系。方法采用胶乳凝集法检测血清ASO水平;采用半定量反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测外周血单一核细胞TLR2mRNA表达。结果银屑病组ASO阳性率和TLR2mRNA表达水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);银屑病患者ASO阳性者TLR2mRNA表达水平高于ASO阴性者(P<0.05)。结论链球菌感染可能通过TLR2基因表达上调参与了银屑病的发生和发展。
