The author has conducted an in-depth study on the issue of intellectual property in competition law under EC.Through separate observation of relevant issues,the author summarizes various arguments pertinent to intellectual property as follows:to what extent the owner and alienee of intellectual property may mutually restrain each other in order to safeguard effective competitions of EC market.The author further notes that EC court has always tried to balance different interests that should be protected.
