摘要：

生长因子可通过自分泌或旁分泌方式促进骨生长。胰岛素样生长因子、转化生长因子β、血管内皮生长因子、血小板衍生生长因子及成纤维细胞生长因子均可通过影响成骨细胞、破骨细胞、软骨细胞等而调节骨代谢。大量实验研究证实,生长因子在骨与软骨形成、骨折愈合及其他肌肉骨骼组织修复中发挥重要作用。本文就生长因子对骨代谢影响的研究进展进行综述。
