中国工业生态全要素能源效率异质性研究——基于SBM-Undesirable和Meta-frontier模型的分析

摘要
为了克服以往区域经济研究中的生产技术异质性问题,采用SBM-Undesirable模型和Meta-frontier生产函数测算我国30个省市2004-2014年的工业生态全要素能源效率,同时采用"共同技术比率"测算各地区能源利用的技术差距,并从"管理无效率"和"技术无效率"两个维度分析能源利用无效率的来源及其影响因素。总体上看,我国三大群组共同前沿生态全要素能源效率(MTE)和共同技术比率(MTR)区域差异较为明显,呈现出"东-中-西"依次递减的格局,而群组前沿生态全要素能源效率(GTE)呈现出"西-中-东"依次递减的格局;生态全要素能源利用无效率均值分解来看,东部群组能源利用无效率是因为管理无效率造成的,中部群组技术无效率和管理无效率同时显著存在,而西部群组技术无效率最为明显,产业结构、对外开放、研发投入、环境规制、政府干预对生态全要素能源效率产生显著而有差异的影响。
