摘要：

慢性心力衰竭患者的自我管理包括监测和管理症状、坚持治疗和保持健康生活方式。许多心力衰竭患者没有获得最佳的疾病控制,医护人员应帮助这些患者将自我管理行为贯彻到日常生活中去。现对自我管理的内容和相关进展作一综述。
