摘要：

诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和环氧合酶2(COX-2)均与肿瘤发生、生长、转移及预后有关。在许多恶性肿瘤组织中,两者的表达一致上调,呈正相关,二者的联合表达与肿瘤的生物学行为密切相关。本文综述了iNOS/COX-2与恶性肿瘤的关系,并提出以iNOS/COX-2为靶点的恶性肿瘤治疗和研究的思路。
