摘要：

趋化因子12(SDF-1)及其受体CXCR4在许多生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用。在肿瘤中,能够促进肿瘤细胞增殖、运动、粘附、侵袭、转移和分泌等,在其发生发展和预后中扮演重要作用。本文就近年来SDF-1/CXCR4在肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。
