白大衣高血压是高血压研究领域中的一种特殊现象 ,长期以来未引起足够的重视。随着对其发病机制和靶器官损害等方面研究的深入 ,发现白大衣高血压对机体已存在不良影响。本文就白大衣高血压的诊断标准、产生机制、对靶器官的损害等作一综述。
