摘要：

吞咽困难是卒中常见的严重并发症之一,可导致患者病死率明显增高。其发病率根据卒中发病后评价的时间、诊断方法及标准的不同而不同。卒中后吞咽困难的早期筛查和全面的临床评估主要用于判断吞咽困难的有无及其性质,确定进一步检查的必要性,评测所选治疗手段的有效性以及利用治疗方案的制定。
