脓毒症心肌抑制的诊治进展

摘要
脓毒症是感染引起的全身炎症反应综合征,进一步发展可致严重脓毒症、脓毒性休克,是重症监护病房的主要死因。脓毒症患者最终死于心血管功能衰竭,其中心肌抑制(SIMD)是主要原因。约50%的严重脓毒症患者会出现不同程度的心肌抑制,病死率高达70%90%。尽管对脓毒症的病理生理机制研究不断深入,新的治疗理念、治疗方法不断出现,但病死率仍居高不下。本文主要对目前脓毒症心肌抑制的发病机制、血流动力学变化、评估方法及治疗进展做一综述,以期对将来基础和临床研究有所帮助。
