公务员报酬激励影响因素研究评述

摘要
本文对国外关于公务员报酬激励影响因素研究进行评述。研究发现,公务员报酬激励影响因素既包括了与财务薪酬有关的外在报酬因素,也包括了与工作特征有关的内在报酬因素;与私营部门相比,公务员报酬激励影响因素具有特殊性。应兼顾外在报酬因素和内在报酬因素,注重与工作特征有关的内在激励,从工作设计和薪酬设计两方面进行公务员激励机制设计,构建完善公务员报酬的激励机制。
