摘要：

提出了移动泛在业务环境的未来移动无线世界愿景模型,并对构建移动泛在业务环境过程中的新的网络发展观进行了探讨.同时,对体系结构设计中的难点问题,如他组织与自组织控制方式的交互作用、端到端网络重构和跨平台的协同业务构建等进行了论述.
