摘要：

非运动症状是帕金森病临床表现的重要组成部分,主要包括睡眠障碍,神经精神症状,自主神经功能障碍,疼痛等。这些症状由不同原因引起,不仅出现于帕金森病晚期,在帕金森病的早期运动症状出现之前即可出现,并对帕金森患者的生活质量有显著影响。加强对非运动症状认识,对于优化帕金森病的治疗策略,提高患者的生活质量具有重要意义。
