摘要：

最近研究表明粘附分子在胰岛素依赖型糖尿病发病中起重要作用。受淋巴细胞和内皮细胞表面选择性表达的粘附分子所调控的自身反应性淋巴细胞从血液移行到胰岛可能造成胰岛细胞损伤，导致胰岛炎，进而破坏胰岛β细胞形成胰岛素依赖型糖尿病。以粘附分子为基础的治疗方法在防治糖尿病中有广阔的应用前景。
