中国对外援助能够促进受援国的贸易发展吗?——基于非洲16个受援国面板数据的实证研究

作为一个新兴援助国,中国对外援助及其援助模式的有效性备受关注。在系统梳理中国对外援助与受援国对外贸易之间理论机制的基础上,采用非洲16个受援国2002～2011年的面板数据,首次研究了中国对外援助与受援国对外贸易之间的关系,研究发现:中国对外援助能够显著增加受援国对中国的出口总额,但其影响存在倒"U"型"门槛效应";会降低受援国的出口多样化水平;与援助相比,受援国的经济发展水平、人口、自然资源是其对外贸易发展的主要决定因素,而且人均收入水平与出口多样化之间呈现明显的倒"U"型关系。
