摘要
热激转录因子(heatstresstranscriptionfactors,Hsfs)是热激反应的主要调控因子,对热激反应的调节起着重要的作用.植物Hsfs通常分为A、B、C三类,与动物和微生物的Hsfs相比,植物的Hsfs具有功能的冗余性和多样性等特点.本文简述了植物Hsfs的结构特点和系统进化,并对不同类型的Hsfs在逆境下的调控机制研究进展作一综述.
