摘要：

经济的全球化必将推进高等教育的国际化,认可与认证制度是高等教育国际化的主要途径。文章对认可与认证的概念与国际实施情况作了简单介绍后,着重考察了英、法、德三国高等工程教育学位授予制度与认可认证制度,在此基础上得出几点对建立我国高等工程教育认可认证制度思考。
