摘要：

文章对社区获得性肺炎新近引起关注的一些重要问题进行了介绍和讨论,包括肺炎链球菌对青霉素敏感性折点的调整与社区获得性肺炎(CAP)治疗药物选择、关于CAP不同临床状态或病原体的相关危险因素评估、重症CAP与严重脓毒症及糖皮质激素的应用等3方面问题。
