生态型企业的合法性溢出战略——小米公司纵向案例研究

摘要：

以小米公司为研究对象,通过纵向案例研究法,探讨"生态型企业的合法性溢出战略是什么",以及"在外部情境演变过程中,生态型企业通过实施合法性溢出战略,帮助成员企业获取合法性的机理如何"。研究表明:生态型企业合法性溢出战略包括"利用型"和"探索型"两种;此外,企业创新生态系统的特征可通过"各主体间技术重叠性",以及"各主体间结构一致性"两个维度进行刻画,它们对生态型企业合法性溢出战略具有触发作用,进而决定了属性替代的类别及合法性溢出的方向,并对合法性溢出的最终结果产生影响。
