摘要：

LC是骨髓源性细胞,是一种起源于中胚层的免疫活性细胞,表面含有IgG的Fc受体、C3受体、Ia抗原,能介导混合表皮细胞-淋巴细胞培养反应（MECLR）,诱导出杀伤性T细胞,具有抗原的提呈作用及吞噬细胞的功能,称为表皮的巨噬细胞。抑制LC的功能可达到抑制皮肤免疫的效应。
