热适应与热耐受机理的探讨

摘要
本研究通过体内外实验,探讨了热适应、热耐受的形成,急性和亚慢性应激过程中蛋白质组分的变化和热应激蛋白的合成。结果表明,7d实验室受热可使大鼠获得热适应,并出现相应的蛋白质组分的变化;预热处理可使整体动物和人淋巴细胞均产生热耐力,表现为2次受热后生存率提高;热耐力形成的同时有一组新的蛋白质(70kd为主)合成增强;亚慢性应激更强地引起蛋白质组分的变化。
