供应链中的不确定性信息失真及其弱化策略

摘要：

为提高供应链的稳定性,基于信息论、系统理论以及控制工程理论研究了供应链中的不确定性信息失真问题.首先,给出信息失真的广泛定义并从信息传递和处理的角度分析供应链中存在的不确定性信息失真问题;其次,对一个简单的二级供应链订货子系统建模,研究2种情况———无信息共享的供应链和共享最终顾客需求信息的供应链的系统传递函数和频率响应特性,并分析不同程度的信息失真情况在供应链绩效方面产生的影响;最后,采用信息论和控制工程理论的方法,有效度量了信息共享机制为供应链成员带来的收益.
