互联网与国家认同:媒介生态学视角下基于全球33个国家的实证研究

摘要
随着互联网的兴起与普及,互联网在国家建设中的作用成为学术界日益关注的话题。本文通过量化的实证研究就互联网对国家认同的影响方式和强度进行综合评估。采用媒介生态学的视角,本文将互联网视为一个媒介环境,探讨互联网技术如何影响形成国家认同所处的媒介环境。运用世界价值观调查(2010-2014)的数据,本文对全球33个国家的47078份概率样本进行了多层回归分析。研究发现以公民民族主义为基本理念的网络参与成功地化解了基于互联网的信息分配所带来的冲击,同时网络参与的发展将最终导致福山所谓的"历史的终结",即人类基于各自不同历史文明所产生的种族民族主义逐渐被普遍的公民民族主义所取代,后者则成为人类国家认同产生的最终形式。
