摘要：

肺癌已成为癌症死亡的主要原因,而非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)占所有肺癌病例的80%～90%,严重威胁人类健康。化疗在NSCLC的综合治疗中占有非常重要的地位。近年来,化疗药物的快速发展为NSCLC的治疗带来了新的希望,并且已获得大量大规模有力的循证医学证据。
