摘要：

男性骨质疏松症常被忽视,但男性骨质疏松性骨折的死亡率比女性高,且男性诊断骨质疏松症的T值和BMD范围等还存在不同意见。我们综述近几年来男性骨质疏松症临床研究最新进展,包括:男性骨质疏松性骨折的流行病学、男性骨质疏松症的病因、诊断、预防和治疗以及近年来的骨质疏松临床指南。并提出我们的建议,以期提高临床医师的重视。
