摘要：

作为创业投资的一种特殊形式,公司创业投资(corporate venture capital,下称CVC)从1998年开始成为一个国际性的学术命题。本文首先回顾了国外学者在界定CVC概念方面的共识和分歧,然后评述了国外CVC的主要研究内容,包括CVC的动机、组织模式、投资绩效、组织间学习等问题。最后,从研究视角、研究内容和研究方法三个方面对比了国内外研究现状,并指出了进一步研究的方向。
