摘要：

目的了解男男性行为人群(MSM)安全套使用状况,为促进该人群安全套的正确使用提供依据。方法采用非概率抽样法中的定向抽样(滚雪球)法进行横断面调查,选择6城市多中心同步进行。使用SPSS 11.0进行资料统计分析。结果收到有效问卷1 295份。年龄中位数24岁。首次性交年龄中位数19岁,929例(74.4%)首个性伴是男性,859例(67.7%)首次性交时用套,410例(32.3%)未用套,未用的主要原因是不知道男男性行为应该用套及认为没必要用套等。最近6个月性交时,724例(63.2%)经常或总用套,210例(18.3%)几乎不用套;160例(12.4%)曾与男性发生非自愿性交,其中31例(19.4%)坚持用套;99例(7.6%)发生过群交,其中40例(40.4%)坚持用套;213例(16.4%)性交时曾出血,其中83例(39.0%)坚持用套;54例(4.2%)买过性,其中18例(33.3%)坚持用套。60例(4.6%)用过冰毒等新型毒品,其中13例(21.6%)坚持用套。448例(35.5%)最近一次性交时未用套,其主要原因是认为没必要用和不喜欢用等。结论 MSM安全套使用的相关因素较多,在实际工作中应根据不同情况有针对性地干预,进而提高该人群对安全套接受程度和正确使用率。
