摘要：

癌因性疲乏(CRF)癌症患者临床常见却很难治疗的症状之一。多项研究试图从分子生物学角度探讨CRF的发病机制,其中,细胞因子是该领域中的热点和焦点之一。目前,与CRF相关的细胞因子主要有转化生长因子、肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素、蛋白水解诱导因子、炎症细胞因子等。
