突发灾难事件相关的PTSD及其危机干预研究进展

摘要：
目的了解突发灾难事件相关的创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)发生率、影响因素以及危机干预的研究进展。方法对近10年来国内外的相关文章进行综述。结果灾难事件会给人们心理健康造成极大损伤,导致PTSD的发生。PTSD的影响因素可划分为创伤前因、创伤因素和创伤后因素3部分。突发灾难事件时及时进行适当的心理危机干预是帮助处于危机中的个体、家庭、群体度过危机,减少创伤的有效措施。结论危急事件应激管理(Critical Incident Stress Management,CISM)作为一种系统、多元的危机干预方式能够为我国灾难危机干预提供借鉴。
