膝骨关节炎再生修复治疗新方法研究进展

摘要
膝骨关节炎(KOA)是最常见的关节退行性疾病,目前KOA的临床治疗包括抗炎镇痛药物、理疗、透明质酸局部注射和手术,以缓解临床症状与延缓病程进展或关节置换。随着疾病认识的深入、细胞工程技术与生物材料研究的进展,新兴的再生修复治疗应运而生,生长因子、血液成分提取物、干细胞或软骨细胞移植、干细胞来源外泌体及基因疗法,不但具有抗炎、免疫调节及促进血管再生,减轻关节损伤的作用,更为突出的是促进关节软骨再生修复。本文重点介绍了上述新方法的基础与临床研究进展。
