摘要：

PPP模式的主要应用领域是盈利性的基础设施,在研究了PPP模式的运行机制的基础上,针对具有公益性的公共文化设施,探讨引入PPP模式的可行性,构建了针对这两种不同类型的公共文化设施建设的PPP模式架构,为引入私营机构进入公共文化设施建设提供借鉴。
