摘要：

数字城市已是当前城市信息化建设的主要目标,本文以数字城市的实质性建设为着眼点,详细阐述了利用3D GIS,WebGIS等技术,建立城市3维地理信息服务系统的原理、方法等。城市3维地理信息服务系统将是全面推进数字城市建设、城市信息资源共享、提升信息资源应用价值的有效途径之一。
