克罗恩病(CD)和溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是两种特发性肠道炎性疾病。此文对新出现的生物制剂之一,英夫利昔单抗(infliximab)在这类疾病中实际应用方面的依据进行评论和回顾,包括剂量、疗效、注意事项和不良反应,并作一总结。
