摘要
目的了解嗜血杆菌的耐药情况 ,以便及时、准确地指导临床感染用药。方法用API系统对所分离菌株进行鉴定。Nitrocefin纸片法检测 β-内酰胺酶产生情况。结果嗜血杆菌检出率14.9% ,其中副流感嗜血杆菌检出率为10.4% ,流感嗜血杆菌为4.5%。20株菌对氨苄西林 (AM)、头孢克洛 (CF)、头孢呋辛 (XM)、头孢噻肟 (CT)、亚胺培南 (IP)和氯霉素 (CL)的耐药率分别为15 %、5%、5 %、0%、35%和5 %。有1株嗜血杆菌因产 β-内酰胺酶而对氨苄西林产生耐药 ,另有2株为非β-内酰胺酶介导的机制导致β-内酰胺酶阴性氨苄西林耐药。结论二代头孢菌素 (头孢克洛、头孢呋辛 ) ,三代头孢菌素 (头孢噻肟 )及氯霉素对嗜血杆菌有极好的活性。头孢噻肟、氯霉素对亚胺培南耐药菌株100 %敏感。
