高管团队职能异质性与企业国际化——论企业高管团队注意力的中介作用

摘要：

基于高阶理论和注意力基础观,本文提出了高管团队职能异质性、高管团队注意力对企业国际化程度变化的影响模型。以上海证券交易所A股制造业上市公司为样本,对上述模型进行了实证检验。研究结果表明,高管团队职能异质性与企业国际化程度的提高之间存在显著的正相关关系,高管团队国际化注意力对上述关系中起到了中介作用。本文也讨论了研究结论的理论和管理实践意义。
