摘要
美国博士后教育由于长期缺乏必要的规范化的监管体制 ,近年来在规模、薪资和福利待遇、职业规划和就业等环节中出现了较为明显的问题 ,发展受到较大的影响。这已经引起了大学内外的广泛重视 ,加强监管力度 ,强调规范性将成为美国博士后教育未来的基本走势。
