摘要：

膝骨性关节炎是一种常见的退行性骨关节病,滑膜炎是其主要的早期症状,也是推进其病情发展的主要因素。膝骨性关节炎的发病机制存在众多争议,应力介导的滑膜炎性内环境调控受到了广泛关注,通过检索Pubmed、中国知网数据库,从滑膜炎症角度对该病的研究热点和前沿进行总结,并将推拿手法的临床运用情况进行总结,希望能为研究者们提供相关证据和思路,提升膝骨性关节炎的防治技术的研究水平。
