腹泻是肠内营养过程中最常见的并发症之一,严重影响病人对营养的吸收和疾病的康复,增加了病人的痛苦,甚至可导致病人的死亡。综述了与肠内营养相关的腹泻的定义及其发生率、腹泻的原因、机制与其治疗。强调必须加强对腹泻病人的护理
