摘要
血小板活化因子 (PAF)是具有极强生物活性的磷脂 ,具有广泛的生理功能 ,但也参与许多疾病的发病过程。PAF通过与细胞膜受体结合发挥作用 ,PAF受体拮抗剂能阻止PAF与受体结合 ,因此对与PAF过量生成有关的疾病如哮喘、败血性休克等具有治疗意义。本文对PAF及其受体拮抗剂的研究作一概述。
