辅助内分泌治疗对绝经后乳腺癌患者性功能影响的调查研究

摘要：

目的:探讨辅助内分泌治疗对绝经后乳腺癌患者性功能的影响。方法:采用女性性功能量表(Female Sexual Function Index,FSFI),分别于辅助内分泌治疗前和辅助内分泌治疗后6个月,采用方便抽样的方法对113例绝经后的乳腺癌术后患者进行问卷调查,评估辅助内分泌治疗对患者性功能的影响。结果:辅助内分泌治疗前与治疗后6个月,患者的性欲、阴道的润滑度、性生活的满意度和性交疼痛比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:辅助内分泌治疗影响绝经后乳腺癌患者的性功能。
