成人柯萨奇A9型病毒感染心肌炎

摘要：

本文首次报道在国内发生的柯萨奇A9型病毒感染引起的心肌炎暴发流行。 1978年7月云南省某林场两名林业工人突然死亡,其后5天内又相继出现一批以头痛、乏力、胸闷、心悸、心电图异常为主要特征的患者,流行病学和临床诊断为急性病毒性心肌炎。我们从12名急性期患者和18名密切接触者的粪便中分离出16株柯萨奇A9型病毒,病毒分离率为53.3%,未分离出其他病毒。12名患者双份血清中柯萨奇A9型病毒中和抗体恢复期较急性期呈4倍或以上增长者6名,2倍增长者1名,其余5名急性期已均有1:5或以上抗体存在。一个月后,从上述林场及邻近另一林场职工和家属粪便中未再分离出柯萨奇A9型病毒,也未发现新患者。
