摘要：

本文主要研究多元化企业跨业务单元的IT协同问题。基于企业资源理论和经济互补性,IT资源的相关性和互补性是形成跨单元协同的两个关键源,IT资源相关性可产生"节流"协同,而IT资源互补性则可产生"增殖"协同,本文据此讨论了多元化企业IT协同能力的形成机理。
