摘要：

在经济结构、知识溢出与区域经济增长的关系上,存在三种不同的观点,即MAR溢出、雅各布斯溢出与波特溢出。MAR假说偏爱低竞争与产业专业化;波特也偏爱专业化,但赞成高竞争;而雅各布斯赞同高竞争与产业多样化。中国各省制造业的经验表明,专业化和多样化不是对立的,地方产业中的不同专业化水平与地区的多样化程度是能够很好结合起来的。
