镁离子在骨代谢中的分子机制研究与进展

摘要
背景:镁合金降解释放的镁离子是人体内的重要阳离子,除了参与生物体内多种新陈代谢外,还参与调节骨代谢活动,同骨组织的改建和稳定相关。机体内镁离子浓度的异常将导致骨代谢相关疾病。目的:回顾分析镁离子在骨代谢过程中的作用及机制,并对镁离子参与调节骨代谢相关因子及信号通路进行综述。方法:以"镁,骨代谢,PI3K/Akt信号通路,OPG/RANKL信号通路,TRPM和Wnt信号通路"为中文检索词,以"magnesium,osteoblast,bone metabolism,PI3K/Akt signal pathway,OPG/RANKL signal pathway,TRPM,Wnt signal pathway"为英文检索词,应用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、PubM ed数据库及万方数据库2000年1月至2016年2月所有相关文章。结果与结论:镁合金骨内植入体在降解过程中释放的镁离子,可以通过调节骨代谢过程中的相关信号通路来影响骨代谢活动。目前研究发现,镁离子与骨代谢离子浓度变化时会引起信号通路中相关因子的变化,进而影响骨组织的新生和改建。而镁离子是否还可以通过其他途径影响骨代谢活动是今后研究的热点。
