摘要：

目的 :了解戒酒互助协会 (Alcoholicsanonymous ,AA ,戒酒匿名会 )对酒依赖患者的疗效。方法 :随访了 3 4位酒依赖患者参加AA以来的临床资料。根据出院后是否参加AA ,分为AA组和非AA组 ,以患者出院后的戒酒时间评定疗效。结果 :非AA组的戒酒时间平均为 1 0 5± 0 48月 ;AA组的戒酒时间平均为 6 0 8± 1 44月 ,差异有统计学显著性 (t =3 93 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :戒酒互助协会对戒酒有一定疗效。
